Biography
Exposd is a hip-hop artist, co-founder and CEO of Open Mind Productions, and a marijuana activist coming from Cincinnati, Ohio. This music is unique, different, and it has actual meaning. It's poetry over beats, not just the same old rambling bullshit about money, guns, and cars. Exposd has been working on his craft, writing, recording, producing, and performing throughout the midwest for over 10 years, and not stopping anytime soon. This shit is as real as it comes, some of those tunes that make you want to burn one.

Music entered the life of Exposd around the age of five, becoming obsessed with all types of music and artists up to the time when he decided to pick up a pen and write a verse. Exposd started writing his own lyrics at the age of thirteen, and recorded his first complete song two years later with his group at that time known as Societys Prey which consisted of Exposd, Dirty Adville, and Pentaside.
The group, Society's Prey performed local shows around the city of Cincinnati to form a small fan base throughout 2002 and pressed up a few hundred sampler CD's called "Taste of Reality". The first and only actual album released by Societys Prey was in 2004, entitled the "Truth Be Told" EP. After the group split, everyone went their own directions, and independent hip-hop group Open Mind Productions was created in 2005. The Open Mind crew is a group but is also made up of three solo artists; Exposd, Dirty Adville, and C-Raig. The showcase LP "513: The Album" was released in late 2005 to help promote the artists.
In 2007, Exposd decided to take on the challenge of writing his solo album on his own. The "Full Circle" EP dropped as the first professionally pressed album to drop on Open Mind Productions, and featured singles "Slippin" and "The Place" and solidly established Exposd as a solo act.
The next thing on the agenda for Exposd was the collab album between Exposd and Dirty Adville; along side rapper/producer C-Raig making up the group known as Da Synonyms which led to the release of "3 of A Kind" in August 2008 which became a huge fan favorite and has since been a cult classic for hardcore OMP fans. The "3 of A Kind" album from Da Synonyms is since out of print and no longer available for sale as of now. That was followed up in September 2009 with the re-release of the "Full Circle" LP, which consists of the original six tracks, plus six brand new songs of added freshness, doubling your listening pleasure.

Exposd and C-Raig released their first album as a duo in 2010 entitled "Mad Mind" which is a mash up of "MAD" Kable Studio and Open "MIND" Productions which are Exposd and C-Raig's respective record labels. This album had a very stoney, laid back, hippie-hop sound to it which was a little different then the normal, but the album turned out amazing and contains OMP live classics "Red & Blue Lights" and "Scrubby".
Throughout 2010-11, the Open Mind Productions crew and Exposd participated in doing a lot of live shows, including performances with Tech N9ne, Insane Clown Posse, Afroman, D-12, Young Buck, Trick Trick, Hopsin & SwizZz, Haystak, Boondox, Blaze Ya Dead Homie, Lil Wyte, Jelly Roll, Project Born, Ill E. Gal, Dayton Family, and the Axe Murder Boyz. The year of 2011 was a big year for Exposd and the Open Mind crew with shows and just becoming more of a known name and further established artists.
In the summer of 2011, Open Mind Productions released the "Nati By Nature" Mixtape which contains rare tracks, B-sides, remixes, and sprinkled with new material like the "Black and Orange" (Who Dey Anthem). Plus, be on the look out for the much anticipated Exposd solo album, which is the follow up to "Full Circle". The full length solo will be coming 1/1/2012 and the album is entitled "The Jokin Toker" and will feature the already leaked singles "FTW" and "Happiness".
